The project has a total of 12,000 sq ft of vegetated roof. On the flat, ground level, there is a 5,000 sq ft area of waterproofing with an intensive green roof complete with mounds, planting beds and pavers. The other 7,000 sq ft is a sloped application of the Garden Roof System (GardNet).
