IMPERCO, a specialized contractor, successfully waterproofed 216,000 sq. ft. of the project's slabs, terraces, and foundation walls. Couverture Montreal Nord waterproofed the 11,600 sq. ft roof, which is now covered by terraces. They also waterproofed the 8th and 10th floor, which feature vegetated areas totaling 3,500 sq. ft.
